Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement or agreements with Matrix Pointe Software, LLC, in an amount not to exceed Three-Hundred and Ten Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($310,000.00) over six (6) years, for software, professional support, and related training services related to litigation case management for the City’s Department of Law.
