Resolution providing for an amended Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with the Preliminary Design, Final Design, Utility, Right of Way and Construction Phases of the Swinburne Bridge project, and providing for the payment of costs thereof, not to exceed Fifteen Million Four Hundred Thousand Dollars ($15,400,000.00), an increase of Four Hundred Ninety-One Thousand Dollars ($491,000.00) from the previously passed authorization; reimbursable at Ninety Five percent; and the municipal share of Commonwealth Incurred Costs not to exceed Sixteen Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($16,250.00).
