Resolution providing for an amended Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority (PWSA) for costs associated with the Ruthven Street Retaining Wall; providing for payment of costs thereof, not to exceed a total of One Million Two Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty-Five Dollars and Twenty-Four Cents ($1,225,765.24), an increase of Two Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-Eight Dollars and Twenty-Four Cents ($295,328.24) from the previously enacted authorization, fully reimbursable at no cost to the City of Pittsburgh; and further amending Resolution No. 857 of 2023 by increasing SLOPE FAILURE REMEDIATION by Two Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-Eight Dollars and Twenty-Four Cents ($295,328.24).
