Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Public Safety to enter into a license agreement or agreements with The University of Pittsburgh, in an amount not to exceed Ten Dollars and Zero Cents ($10.00) over [10] years, for space provided in the Cathedral of Learning for the placement of Public Safety equipment related to radio communications and other community safety efforts.
