Resolution authorizing the Mayor, the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, and the Department of Public Works to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with US Department of Energy’s Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program for the purpose of receiving grant funds in the amount of THREE HUNDRED THIRTY SEVEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SIXTY ($337,960.00) dollars for the installation of solar panels at the City’s Fourth Division.
