Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Public Safety to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development for the purpose of receiving and spending grant funds in the amount of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($100,000) to support forensic genetic testing by the Bureau of Police.
