Resolution providing for an amended Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with the Construction phase of the South Side Signals project, and providing for the payment of costs thereof, not to exceed Four Million Seven Hundred Forty-Eight Thousand Five Hundred Fifty-Six Dollars ($4,748,556.00), an increase of Four Hundred Thirty-Seven Thousand Six Hundred Three Dollars ($437,603.00) from the previously passed authorization, reimbursable at one hundred percent.
