Resolution authorizing the City of Pittsburgh (“City”) to Petition the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County to sell a certain lot (“Property”), now part of Highland Park, to Michael Gallagher and Angela Scolieri Gallagher, his wife (“Buyers”), for the sum of Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00), or upon such other terms and conditions as the Court may authorize and/or direct.
