Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership for professional services relating to the deployment and management of mobile restrooms at various locations throughout the municipality, at a cost not to exceed Six Hundred Thousand Dollars ($600,000.00) over two years.
