Resolution providing for a Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with the Preliminary Design phase of the South Negley Avenue Bridge Project; providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed Three Hundred Seventy Thousand Dollars ($370,000.00), reimbursable at ninety five percent; and the municipal share of Commonwealth Incurred Costs not to exceed One Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($1,250.00). Future Resolutions will authorize the project specific service agreements.
