Resolution amending Resolution 468, approved September 6, 2022, granting unto UNITED STATE GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION, their successors and assigns, the privilege and license to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense, at no cost to the City, to install shallow foundation wedge vehicle barriers and a card reader along with existing security compliant bollards, a post and beam rail and a swing gate, at 1000 Liberty Avenue, in the 2nd Ward, 6th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
