Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works to enter into an Agreement, Agreements, and/or Amendments with the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority (“PWSA”) for the purpose of Municipal Sewer Compliance at Volunteers Ballfield in the Carrick neighborhood, at a City cost not to exceed Four Hundred and Eighty-Six Thousand, Eight Hundred and Eight Dollars ($486,808.00) over a period of one (1) year.
