Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works to enter into an Agreement, Agreements, and/or Amendments with the United States Army Corps of Engineers (“USACE”) for the purpose of a land survey and stream gauge installation by the USACE at Frick Park, at no cost to the City.
