Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works to enter into an Agreement, Agreements, and/or Amendments with Antonio Jimenez, property owner of 4026 Ohio River Boulevard, Pittsburgh, PA 15212 (“Premises”), for the purpose of accessing their private driveway to help facilitate City waste collection services at the Premises, at no cost to the City.
