Resolution amending resolution No. 56 of 2024, entitled “Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure to apply for grant funding from the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development’s (DCED) Local Share Account Statewide to provide funding for the Smallman Complete Street Project” to accept the grant, decrease the award amount to NINE HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINETY NINE ($999,999.00), and authorize necessary expenditures.
