Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Department of Public Safety to enter into a Professional Services Agreement or Agreements with Humane Animal Rescue of Pittsburgh for services related to the City's Spay and Neuter Program for Pets, at a total cost not to exceed ONE HUNDRED FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($105,000.00) over three years.
