Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of City of Planning to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with “With An Eye Design” for the creation and installation of public art in the Beechview neighborhood, at a total cost not to exceed Ninety Thousand Dollars ($90,000).
