Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into an agreement or agreements and amendments thereto with eDocs Technologies, LLC for the implementation of an enterprise-wide content management system (ECM), to serve as the central platform for managing all digital content across City departments. Total cost is not-to-exceed Three Million Dollars ($3,000,000) over one year.
