Resolution amending Resolution 341-2023, authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into an Agreement or Agreements and amendments thereto with Granicus, Inc. in a form approved by the City Solicitor for website content management, by increasing the approved amount by Two Hundred Eleven Thousand Six Hundred Thirteen Dollars ($211,613) for an amended total cost not-to-exceed Four Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Six Hundred Eight Dollars ($495,608) over three years.
