Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works to enter into an Agreement, or Agreements, or the use of existing agreements, with the Pittsburgh Public Schools (“PPS”), for the purpose of renovating the playground on PPS-owned property known as Westwood Park where Westwood PreK-5 School resides, at a cost not to exceed One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00).
