WHEREAS, Andrew “Torio” Donald was born in Pittsburgh, PA on September 17th, 1970. Andrew comes from a large family as he has three (3) brothers and three (3) sisters and was reared in the inner city from very humble beginnings in the district 9 neighborhood of Homewood. and,
