NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby recognizes the Bloomfield-Garfield Corporation and The Bulletin for thirty-five years of successes and their continued efforts to revitalize and improve the neighborhoods of Bloomfield, Garfield, and Friendship while serving as an inspiration to surrounding communities; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare in the City of Pittsburgh, Tuesday, December 14, 2010, a day to celebrate the Bloomfield-Garfield Corporation and The Bulletin.
