NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, The Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize and commend Mr. Robert and Mrs. TerryAnn Michel's contributions to children and the Carrick community over the past many decades, and laud them both for doing such good work in our fine neighborhood of Carrick and the City of Pittsburgh.
