Resolution authorizing the Mayor, the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, and the Department of Parks and Recreation to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Broadband Development Authority for the purpose of receiving grant funds from the ARPA Capital Projects Fund Digital Connectivity Technology Program in the form of laptops valued at an amount not to exceed TWO HUNDRED NINETY FIVE THOUSAND ($295,000.00) dollars for Rec2Tech program.
