Resolution authorizing a sub-award agreement or agreements providing for the transfer of funds not to exceed SEVEN HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND ($750,000.00) to the Urban Redevelopment Authority to support the development of affordable housing on Homewood Avenue as part of a Federal Appropriation managed by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development.
