Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Department of Public Safety to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into an agreement or agreements with Humane Animal Rescue of Pittsburgh for detention, care and/or euthanasia of domesticated animals, at an overall cost to the City not to exceed TWO MILLION TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND, TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY-THREE DOLLARS ($2,280,273) over three years.
