Resolution providing for an agreement or a contract or for the use of an existing agreement or contract, with Carrick Athletic Association and providing for the purchase of materials, supplies and equipment in connection with the design and construction of new restrooms for Volunteers Field in an amount not to exceed $20,000.00.
