Ordinance amending Ordinance 223 of 1911 in order to grant the City’s Department of Mobility and Infrastructure limited authority to permit installation of overhead wires or poles on certain portions of Kinsman Road and on Worth Street located in the 14th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh.
