Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements with A. Folino Construction for costs associated with the Construction Phase for the Safe Routes to School project; providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed One Hundred Fifty-Six Thousand One Hundred Fifty-Six Dollars and Fifteen Cents ($156,156.15), reimbursable at 100%.
