Resolution authorizing the Mayor, the Director of Permits, Licenses, and Inspections to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into a professional services agreement or agreements with Ground Technology, Inc. , d/b/a D'Appolonia “D’appolonia” geotechnical professional service that include assessments, evaluations, land remediation plans, and expert testimony of properties subject to active life safety code enforcement violations, for a total cost not to exceed THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($300,000.00) over three years.
