Resolution amending Resolution 930 of 2024, which authorized the Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (“URA”) for the administration of 2025 PAYGO-funded projects and programs, by adding the “Land Bank Personnel” deliverable and increasing the total not to exceed amount by One Hundred Fifty-Seven Thousand One Hundred Seventy-Five Dollars ($157,175) to One Million Two Hundred Fifty-Seven Thousand One Hundred Seventy-Five Dollars ($1,257,175.00).
