Resolution providing for an amended Agreement for Construction services with S.E.T., Inc. for the South Side Signals project at a cost thereof, not to exceed Three Million Eight Hundred Twenty-Two Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-Five Dollars and Ninety-Six Cents ($3,822,335.96), an increase of Five Hundred Forty-Two Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-Five Dollars and Ninety-Six Cents ($542,335.96) from the previously legislated contract authorization (142 of 2022).
