THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh honors the tremendous impact Spencer United Methodist Church has had on the Carrick community; and THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Tuesday, October 16th, 2012 to be Spencer United Methodist Church Day in the City of Pittsburgh.
