Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Directors of the Department of Parks and Recreation and the Department of Public Works to enter into a Cooperation and License Agreement with Pittsburgh Penguins Foundation, a Pennsylvania non-profit corporation, to assist with the installation of up to four (4) Dek Hockey rinks in City parks.
