NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize J'Burgh's essential work in the Pittsburgh Community through its support and encouragement of our City's youth; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare December 4, 2012 to be “J'Burgh Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
