NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby honor and thank Ms. Anna Hilliard for her tireless dedication to the Carnegie Library of East Liberty, her endless commitment to its patrons, and her near-infinite capacity to give to the people of East Liberty; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does wish Ms. Anna Hilliard a happy retirement, and does hereby declare January 15, 2013, to be Ms. Anna Day in the City of Pittsburgh.
