Ordinance supplementing the Pittsburgh Code, Title Two, Fiscal; Article IX, Property Taxes; Chapter 263, Real Property Tax and Exemption, by adding Section 263.26, Homestead Exclusion, so as to enact a homestead exclusion of fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000.00) for the year 2013 and subsequent years.
