Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Public Works to Enter into a Professional Services Agreement with ELOOP LLC, a Pennsylvania Corporation, 625 Plum Industrial Ct., Pittsburgh, PA 15239, to render professional services for the City in providing electronic waste (“e-waste”) recycling services in compliance with the Covered Device Recycling Act of 2010. This agreement is at no cost to the City.
