NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend; Ms. Willa Mae Land and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Saturday, February 2, 2013 to be "Ms. Willa Mae Land Day" in the City of Pittsburgh.
