Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements or for the use of existing Agreements, providing for a Contract or Contracts or for the use of existing Contracts, providing for repairs, maintenance, improvements, emergencies and/or the purchase of materials, equipment, supplies and professional services in connection with the Bike Infrastructure Program, and providing for the payment of the costs thereof.
