NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize the Western Pennsylvania Police Athletic League for their dedication to providing athletic opportunities to Western Pennsylvania youth; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare February 9, 2013 to be “Western Pennsylvania Police Athletic League Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
