NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend and honor the passion and dedication of Ms. Ora Lee Carroll; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Friday, February 8, 2013, to be “Ms. Ora Lee-Carroll Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
