Resolution authorizing the Department of Parks and Recreation to enter into a contract or contracts, agreement or agreements, or the use of existing contracts or agreements and other approved expenditures for the maintenance of City swimming pools using 2013 Capital Bond funds in an amount not to exceed One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00).
