NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize and honor the Organization of Chinese Americans for its dedicated efforts in embracing the hopes and aspirations of Asian Americans, and does hereby declare Saturday, February 23, 2013 to be “OCA Year of the Snake Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
