NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend Steps to Independence for the genuine work they do for children with motor disabilities and the hope they bring to families; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Thursday, February 21, 2013, to be “Conductive Education Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
