Resolution authorizing and directing the City Controller to create a special trust fund, to be designated as the Police Secondary Employment Trust Fund, for the deposit of monies from Police Details, Secondary Employment, and Special Events cost recovery, and authorizing the use of monies deposited therein by the Department of Public Safety to cover premium pay reimbursement for Police Personnel and administrative costs related to the aforementioned activities only.
