Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Human Resources and Civil Service to enter into an agreement with Goodwill of Southwestern PA for administrative services related to the 2025 Learn and Earn Summer Youth Employment Program at a cost not to exceed Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00).
