NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh, does hereby commend and congratulate the St. Andrew's Society of Pittsburgh, and does hereby declare April 6, 2013 to be “Tartan Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
