NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend PACE for its efforts to assist African American and economically disadvantaged communities to identify their needs and take effective action; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Friday, April 12, 2013, to be “Pace Inclusive Voices Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
