NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize NHS Human Services for providing vital support and care to neighbors in need; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare April 10, 2013 to be “The Many Faces of NHS Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
